  • Any registered voter in the Nyack School District can vote on May 19. You can make sure you are registered to vote here.

  • On May 19, registered voters in the Nyack School District can vote on the proposed 2026-27 budget for our schools and select their Board of Education Trustees.  You can find your polling place here.

  • You can download the application for an absentee ballot from the Nyack Schools website, or contact the District Clerk’s office at (845) 353-7015 or in person at the Nyack Schools Administration Building, 13A Dickinson Avenue, Nyack. Please note: if the ballot is to be mailed, the completed application must be received by the District Clerk at least 7 days before the election (May 12). If the ballot is to be delivered in person, the application must be received by the date before the election (May 18). The completed absentee ballot must be returned to the District Clerk no later than 5:00 p.m. on May 19

  • The first day to apply for an early mail ballot is April 20, 2026. Early mail voter ballots must be returned to the District Clerk's Office at the Nyack District Administration Office by May 19 at 5:00 PM.
